I first saw photographs of these figures in Peter Greenhill’s book " Heraldic Miniature Knights " Although I appreciated their fine detailed painting and obvious craftsmanship they did not do a lot for me on those pages..

In 2007 I had an opportunity to photograph these figures below. To say I changed my mind would be a gross understatement; I totally fell under their charm. They are quite exquisite.
