Knights of Avalon

CBG Mignot medieval toy knights

C.B.G. in France is the oldest toy soldier company still producing figures from some of its original designs.

The 55mm figures are solid and made from a soft metal , so weapons do have a tendency to bend and loose their paint.

Figure's as the knight, can have a very pleasing style.

Collecting them is some what different, as you can mix past and present knights, same castings, different paint finishes.

This is almost unique, I can't think of a manufacturer other than Peter Greenhill with the Courtenay figures using very old molds new figures in metal.
